A curious builder with a lab notebook
I’m Reyhan Mochamad Fabian — Fabian to most people, fabianl4bs online. A Computer Engineering graduate from the Indonesian University of Education, with more than a year of professional web development behind me from the part-time roles I held while studying full time.
I’m now a Web Developer at CrescentRating in Singapore. Before that I researched NLP at BRIN, teaching models to match university curricula to what employers actually ask for. Along the way: four published papers, a national bronze medal, and a handful of competition wins. I’m open to freelance projects.

A healthcare web app that scans a face for skin concerns and answers questions from a retrieval-augmented product catalogue, with a full admin side for the shop.
IoTMotor DC Speed Trainer
A teaching rig for DC motor speed control.
A mechatronics trainer built end to end — schematic, panel layout, 3D-printed housing and wiring — for demonstrating DC motor speed control with an Arduino and a motor driver.
IoTSmart Package Box
A parcel box that tells you it has a parcel.
An IoT delivery box wired to a web dashboard and a mobile app, so a courier drop is logged and the owner notified the moment the lid closes.
DataStudent Dropout Analytics
Finding the students about to drop out.
A dashboard over student records that flags dropout risk with a machine-learning model, so the institution can reach the right people early.

An HR analytics dashboard that models employee attrition and lays out the factors behind it — tenure, role and satisfaction — for the people who act on them.

Public e-commerce data, explorable.
A Streamlit dashboard over a public e-commerce dataset — orders, customers, categories and delivery times — with filters that answer a question per view.

Telling fruit apart with a CNN.
An image classifier trained in TensorFlow to sort photographs of fruit into their varieties, from dataset preparation through to prediction.

Reading lung scans with TensorFlow.
A deep-learning classifier for lung disease from medical imagery, trained in TensorFlow and checked against its loss curve and per-case predictions.

Forecasting a sales series with an LSTM.
A time-series forecaster built on an LSTM network — windowed data splitting, a callback-driven training loop and MAE tracked against a threshold.

A natural-language classifier trained end to end — tokenising and embedding the corpus, then training until accuracy and loss settle.

Now building the web full time at CrescentRating, after six months of NLP research at BRIN — both began as part-time work alongside full-time study.

- Revamped the company website with the team using Next.js, modernizing its interface and user experience.
- Built an OCR + LLM pipeline that extracts contact details from business-card images and writes structured records to Google Sheets via the Google API.
- Developed “Gastronomy Awards”, a Progressive Web App for a restaurant competition serving event organizers, evaluators and admins, using Next.js and Firebase.
Researcher

Bandung, Indonesia · part-time, concurrent with studies
- Researching NLP methods to semantically match academic curriculum text with job-market requirements (project CareerSync), under faculty research supervision.
- Built the data pipeline end to end — web-scraped JobStreet postings into a custom dataset, preprocessed curricular and job-requirement text, and annotated data pairs using the Gemini API.
- Reviewed state-of-the-art NLP literature and fine-tuned transformer models on the paired dataset, then deployed the trained model as a REST API.
- Developed a web application to serve the model, and reported progress to the research team weekly.
